Initial Comment:
I'm using The Grinder version 3.9.1.
My data log is in an unexpected state. In some lines, the value for "time to establish connection" is larger than "time to first byte".

  times are now only recorded when a new connection is
  established; for tests that re-use connections, these values
  will be zero. The summary statistics average these values over
  the number of established connections, not all tests. A "New
  connections" statistic is available in the data log.

  are now only recorded when a new connection is established; for
  tests that re-use connections, these values will be zero. The
  summary statistics average these values over the number of
  established connections, not all tests. A "New connections"
