Summary: Generated clojure script uses logger API incorrectly

Initial Comment:
Just a few things I've noticed so far.

The following generates an error about defaultHeaders not being defined:
(defrequest request103 (Test. 103 "GET main.css") url0 defaultHeaders)

And the following should be info, not output:
(defmacro .GET [& k] `(.. grinder (getLogger) (output (str "GET " (join ", " `(~~@k))))))
(defmacro .POST [& k] `(.. grinder (getLogger) (output (str "POST " (join ", " `(~~@k))))))

Message:
I've opened 3511553 for the defaultHeaders error.

This bug wil focus on the incorrect use of the logger API by the clojure
scirpt.
