Summary: DCR instrumentation fails with Java 7

Initial Comment:
Gary Mulder reports:

I'm attempting to migrate to Gentoo with Linux Kernel 3.0 and Java 7. A
tad bleeding edge, I know. Ironically, the same Gentoo provides Jython
2.5.1, which has many missing deps for the The Grinder, so I manually
had to install Jython 2.5.2.

Has anyone had any success running The Grinder under Java 7?

Message:
The agent jar manifest was incorrect. I'll push a fix to git later.

For now, I'll attach a replacement grinder-agent.jar that should fix the
issue.
