Summary: Latest Statistics from REST API

Initial Comment:
The current implementation recording/data call in the REST API returns the cumulative statistics for the Grinder run.  A feature that would return the latest set from the statistics would be very beneficial as it will allow the user to see how the application is performing at the latest sample.  This would provide data similar to lower pane in the Results tab.
