How do I build a Grinder release with Maven?

Hi, I have cloned the Grinders git repository a while back so I'm working
with version 3.11-SNAPSHOT.
Now I want to build a grinder.jar file from the source but I can't figure
out how to do it with maven.

I have tried to run mvn release:prepare in the grinder-parent directory but
that fails due to a gpg failure: '*gpg: skipped "[email protected]": secret
key not available'
How should I prepare the secret key?

Is mvn release:perform the correct way to build the grinder.jar file and
get the dependencies into a lib directory?
