Maven compile - skiptests - error

Hi All,

As I am attempting to resolve a compatibility issue potentially, I
decided to compile this project locally, but I am encountering the
following error:

I am using the following command to build:

mvn -e -Dverbose=true -Dmaven.test.skip=true -Dskipit -DskipTests clean install
