I intended to include these points, but hit <send> too fast:


	* g2g does the same amount of work regardless of how often it reports data to Graphite.  If you set a really huge reporting interval, in theory g2g may have memory problems. But I have never encountered this.

	* The retention settings I use on Graphite are almost always for 10 second intervals.  I have not experimented with lower values, but in theory they should make Graphite work harder, both during the storage phase and also the graph generation phase.  I'd love to hear about it if you have success with other values.

Good work on the new release!

One thing we have be struggling with is the configuration of both g2g and graphite to ensure the most granular data without overwhelming either g2g or graphite/whisper/etc.

Would it be possible for you to share the configuration your have (especially around retentions and data points)?
