Hope this helps On each of the agent machines, in your grinder folder (where you will be starting the grinder from), edit the grinder.properties file and set the grinder.consoleHost property to the IP address of the console grinder.consoleHost =/192.168.3.254. Start the console. On the 2 agent machines start the grinder from the command line and you should see the agents aware the console is running elsewhere. (Something to the effect of - 2014-01-15 09:58:24,467 INFO agent: connected to console at /192.168.3.254:6372) Then in the console you can use the UI to distribute the files to the agents and you will see details of the files moved in the command windows on the agent machines. Then you just start it all off with the console. There was a great spot I read about this but I cannot seem to locate it anylonger. Once I find, I'll send it along.
