Looks like an XML/XSLT issue. The TCPProxy internal model is XML, and it
uses XSLT to translate the output to a Jython script. The prolog is the
<?xml ...> at the beginning of an xml document. Sounds like it is missing.

My guess would be that the JDK is installed incorrectly, or is somehow a
different version. (Check what version of java is in the path).
