Proxy SSL - Multi-host

So I was messing around with using Grinder to record some traffic and I
seem to have hit a bit of an annoyance with recording SSL traffic when
the requests span multiple hosts. The problem seems to be that I'm not
getting prompted for each host when the SSL host check fails. I get
prompted for the main page I'm going to but not the others. So if I
just go to each host manually at the start and accept the certs it all
works, I feel like I'm missing something crazy easy.

Grinder - 3.11
Java - 1.7.0_51
OS - Ubuntu 12.04
Browser - Chrome 34.0.1847.132

Easily reproducible, with any old site I just used Wikipedia.

https://www.wikipedia.org - Prompt and it loads
https://bits.wikimedia.org - Loads CSS and JS files it seems
