Good point! I hadn't thought of that. It may be that the headers have been
delivered, but the body will never be written. In this case I want to fail
the request and try again.

The same HTTP connections have been sitting in ESTABLISHED for an hour now
and the last entries in the Grinder log indicate no timeouts. I checked
with tcpdump and not a single byte is arriving to the agent from the SUT,
so it and I am rather stuck then.
