new grinder release needed?

Hi there,

thanks for this great tool. At the moment I have a chance to use it on a
real project and am exited about it.

I see a lot of fixes and improvements over the last three years.
Unfortunately the last release 3.11 is from 2012. I tried to build grinder
myself. Even after disabling all tests grinder does not build.
