After a day of using E4X, I think it's revolutionary and worth a re-release, but mostly I just need to be able to get back to work, and I agree that Helma 1.6.1 w/ Rhino 1.6R6 makes sense. Is this: http://adele.helma.org/source/viewcvs.cgi/helma/lib/rhino.jar?cvsroot=hop the place I should be watching for the new jar? > Helma's Rhino jar is currently from the > Rhino1_6R6_BRANCH with just one patch added. You can always get Helma > Rhino patches from http://dev.helma.org/wiki/Rhino+Bugs+%26+Patches/ I found it. My experience with compiling things from source is all C stuff on linux, where it's basically natural and normal. But I'm working on Windows ATM, and I've never used or installed ant or really built any Java from source, though, so it was a bit daunting to get started, but I'm on my way.
