Hello Rory,

Here's our current status for JDK 16 EA build 21:

Hibernate ORM: we're working on it (Gradle issues)
Hibernate Validator: CI passed
Hibernate Search: CI passed
Hibernate Reactive: we're working on it (Gradle issues)
