    be targeted to this release.

      o *Integrated JEP 396: **Strongly Encapsulate JDK Internals by

          + Strongly encapsulate all internal elements of the JDK by
            default, except for critical internal APIs

          + Allow end users to choose the relaxed strong encapsulation
