Release Candidate 1 Snapshot Jar for 2.3.0

A new snapshot jar was released today.

This includes support for statement wait timeout via java.sql.Statement,
improved empty space reuse, better optimisation of DISTINCT and GROUP BY
queries and several other improvements and bug fixes.

Recent work also includes enhancements in the use of collations,
improved SQL syntax compatibility modes for Oracle, DB2 and MySQL.

The documentation on the web site has been updated and covers the new
features.

Final release of HyperSQL Database 2.3.0 is expected later this month.

Please use this snapshot jar for tests and report any issues you may
find.
