HSQLDB 2.3.0 Released

The new version was finally released today.

I would like to thank all our users who reported the issues that were
fixed. Also my colleagues for their help and support.

Financial contributions by SupportWare subscribers helped the
development effort.

Note: the jar numbered 53 in the snapshot directory matches the 2.3.0
release jar.

Other maven repository releases will happen in the next few days at
hsqldb.org and Maven Central.
