HSQLDB version 2.3.4 Release Candidate

The next version of HSQLDB will be released soon. A Release Candidate
jar (corresponding to SVN /trunk revision 5545) is available now from
the hsqldb.org web site:

The new version features updates to the transaction managers to improve
heavily multithreaded access.

Please test the jar with your applications and report any issues as soon
as possible.
