You understood it correctly.

The server.dbname.0 should appear at the end of connection url.

The SqlTool urlid setting is there to distinguish among different databases or servers for an instance of SqlTool. It can be different from the server.dbname.0, or the same.

I used "urlid testserver" to show you can choose any name you like.
