HSQLDB Sqltool with JTrac

I have failed with SEVEN other query apps: SchemaSpy, SchemaCrawler,
SQLeo, JSqlTool, DataCleaner, Lite Weight Reporter, and Query2Report
(the last 2 are WAR apps). There was an 8th with ERD in the title but
it also involved plantuml.....

This question is SPECIFICALLY about getting the command line sqltool
to work with an app called JTrac. I have the DatabaseManagerSwing
working with it (for query only) because I found specific instructions
on how to run it against JTrac. (I do know how to do select statements
but I am not a DBA).

I have failed in 7 other apps because I am obviously NOT getting
something correct in the driver, connections, url, etc.

If someone has SPECIFIC knowledge on how to get it to work with the
JTrac environment, please reply if you have the time. I tried 3
iterations of the sqltool.rc file and THEY have all failed.
