Re: release of 2.6.0 to Maven Central?

Regarding the alternate jars to the same group, something changed in the
repository system because it used to "just work".  Difficult problem
because the base group has already been promoted all the way up to the
public repositories and the versioned directories are intended to be
immutable at that point.  I'll use another account to try work-arounds on
the weekend (unless some unrelated disaster comes up that requires my time)=
