HSQLDB version 2.6.0 for JRE/JDK8 on Maven

Thanks to Blaine, HSQLDB version 2.6.0 for JDK 8 has been released to Maven under version number 2.5.2, which is also the version in the Jar manifests. The version reported by HSQLDB in SQL is 2.6.0 as the functionality is identical. This jar also includes the OSGI metadata in the manifest.
