Agile Client Screenshot Export Issue

Hello,

I’m Jamaronn Nathan, a Software Integration Engineer for NIWC Atlantic. I’m currently troubleshooting an issue where Agile Client does not export screenshots to Microsoft Office products on the first attempt. After several tries, it works as expected, but the goal is for it to function correctly on the initial attempt.
Has this issue been observed with this build before? Any guidance or information regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
