Netbeans RCP and logging

Hello, 

we are investigating the Netbeans RCP Platform for an application development. We are now searching for the right approach to configure the logging in Netbeans. Our first change would be to enable the timestamp in the logging. 

Is there a configuration file, which can be used to change the logging behavior?
