NB 26 rc 2 -- more trouble parsing MongoDB library

Matthias worked on #8397 and that problem seems fixed.

However, again w/r/t MongoDB PHP Library 2.0.0 I believe another component
is now in NB 26 rc 2 mistakenly flagged as an error:
