NetBeans running via RDP?  I think this might still be related to
https://github.com/apache/netbeans/issues/8236 ?

The JDK issue there was fixed in JDK 21, but I think might still be
present in JDK 24?  https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8348625 ??
