Changing C/C++ syntax colors

I use NB as a C/C++ editor. In tryingto change the syntax colors 
(Tools->Options->Fonts & Colors->Syntax) I noticed that using All 
Languages color changes had no effect. When I clicked on All Languages 
to get a list of languages, C/C++ was not part of the list. Is this 
changed in NB27? If not, how can I change the C/C++ syntax colors?
