Win11 - Netbeans 27 and App's Font

How can I change the font size of Netbeans 27 app, not  editor's, but 
the application itself. WinOS 11 displays does not display the menus, 
project names large enough.
Some AI recommended editing the netbeans.cof file, but I cannot get it 
to work.
