[ANNOUNCE] Apache NetBeans 28 Released

The Apache NetBeans team is pleased to announce that Apache NetBeans
28 was released on November 10, 2025.

Apache NetBeans is a Java-based IDE, Tooling Platform and Application Framework.

This is the forth release of 2025 in our regular quarterly release schedule.

Please note, as of Apache NetBeans 26, no installers will be provided
directly from Apache. Community provided installers will be updated and listed on the
main download page.
