Making @link and @see work in Maven projects

Hi

Is there some reasonable way to make @link and @see work in Maven 
projects? Cannot seem to find any discussion about that, but it seems 
weird to me that CTRL+O works fine in many cases in which @link doesn't. 
Is there any chance that would be fixed? Like maybe synchronise that 
implementations?
