upgrading Netbeans can't see local history data

I've tried upgrading a few times from Netbeans 25 to 27 and 29 but each time I can't see 
my local release history

ie I can see the tab but it doesn't show any of my history of changes.

I have compared both folders  and they match but v29 doesn't show history when I select a 
php file.

C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\25\var\filehistory

C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\29\var\filehistory


Am I missing something?
