Module for Netbeans Application to get Menu Open Project

Hello Netbeans Community,

I'm writing a Netbeans Application using Platform.
Which Module do I habve to use to activate the Menu File → Open Project respectivly the button Open Project?
I wrote a module to recognize a project, but I can only use it as a Netbeans plugin.
If I run it as Plugin of my application, it is activated, but I cannot use it in my application.
