Setting lost when upgrading to 31

Hi,

I just upgraded from 26 to 31 using the codelerity installer and all my setting have been lost.  I remember I used to get prompted to import my settings from a previous version, but that doesn't seem to have happened this time.  Is there any way to recover my old settings?
