For 7.2 the same fix can be applied, but 7.4.5196.0 already has the fix.

sometimes we see the exception below (happens both for 7.2.4630.5 and 7.4.5196.0)

the similar issue described for 0.46.0.4

can we use the same fix (for ResolveMethod()) to handle it?
