Re: Duplicate class definition

Thanks for the patch. In the current form I can't quite include it yet, because the name of the option and the behavior don't quite line up. With the current patch any .class file that can't be compiled for some reason will not be included as a resource. So there are two ways to go with the patch, either rename to option to something that indicates that no .class file resource will be included or change the behavior to only exclude duplicate classes.
