Incremental build of IKVM sources

Hi Joeren,

I'm trying to work through some issues with my IKVM build, and this
requires me to change some of the source files (e.g. ReflectUtil.cs).

The nant build script, is set to clean and build from scratch each time -
which takes 15 to 20 minutes for me each time I change one line of code.
I'm currently working through the nant build scripts to see what I can do
to optimize this (e.g. by not compiling OpenJDK each time with javac,
etc...).

What is your workflow for developing IKVM?    Surely you aren't doing a
clean build every time you want to test out a change.
