Use IKVM with HTML/Java 1.3

I did some experiments with IKVM a year ago. But the interest wasn't high
enough to motivate me to continue exploring the area.

While IKVM may be of interest to DukeScript (e.g. Toni), it is very distant
from HTML/Java API. The only thing HTML/Java cares about with respect to
IKVM is that the API is open enough to allow somebody to use IKVM to run
applications written against HTML/Java - and I know it is: Just implement
http://bits.netbeans.org/html+java/1.3/org/netbeans/html/boot/spi/Fn.Presenter.html
and make it work on IKVM.
