"Sometimes a software project actually completes." I initially read that as "compiles" and had a good laugh. ;) IKVM has been very stable for us (but we don't use 1.8 features at this moment). I'm sure Jeroen has a reason to keep 8.1 in RC state, but this shouldn't keep you from trying it out -- if it works without glitches, use it, regardless of the label attached. D.
