Re: JGroups workshop

I think this is a great idea.  It would be hard for to attend in Europe,
but myself and at least one other would attend a San Francisco venue.

As for agenda items, I would emphasize diagnosis & troubleshooting and
add full coverage of the configuration options for the various stacks.
Thorough coverage of GMS would also be helpful.
