[jgroups-dev] Moved JGroups to Git

FYI,

Over the weekend, I moved JGroups from CVS to Git @ GitHub. The new 
place is now [1].

I disabled CVS on SourceForge, so by default code browsing is only 
enabled on GitHub.

All branches that existed in CVS were moved to Git, and all commit 
messages and their authors were preserved.

If you're an existing author [2] (with previous CVS write access) and 
want commit access to the new Git repo @ GitHub, please send me an email 
and I'll enable that.

Note that I've also pushed the repo to SouceForge, but this is only for 
backup purposes and *not* for committing changes to !
