[jgroups-dev] RangeBasedRetransmitter versus DefaultRetransmitter

FYI,

I've re-added use_range_based_retransmitter (default=true) to NAKACK and 
UNICAST2. This uses RangeBasedRetransmitter when true and 
DefaultRetransmitter when false. The latter is needed to run JGroups on 
Android 2.1 and 2.2 IIUC.

Yann told me this morning that he successfully ran a simple chat and 
draw app on a few Android based phones, good stuff !
