Hi,
as I've seen is the case already with other protocols, I've added
minimal documentation in docbook
and a more comprehensive coverage on all parameters on the wiki:
http://community.jboss.org/wiki/JDBCPING

The pull request was sent, I've just seen a JBoss6 cluster using the
new discovery via JNDI lookup of the
Datasource.
I'll be using this to make an Hibernate Search/Infinispan demo
deployed on JBoss6 on EC2.

Let me know when the code will be merged, so I'll advertise it to the
Infinispan users and add a link to the
documentation draft from the main JGroups page.
