[jgroups-dev] JGroups 2.12.0.CR2

FYI,

uploaded to SourceForge [1].

This contains mainly fixes to RELAY [2].

I'm currently working on making the Infinispan distributed data store 
bridge clusters, so I expect there will be more changes to RELAY.
