[jgroups-dev] 2.12.0.Final

I'm thinking of cutting a 2.12.0.Final next week.

This would be the last minor release on the 2.x branch, and 2.12.0.Final 
would be used by JBoss AS 6.

Subsequent releases would only be patch releases (2.12.1, 2.12.2 etc).

The next major release would be 3.0, which won't be backwards compatible 
with 2.x releases.

Any objections ?
