As an FYI: for those of you who used perf.Test, I replaced it with MPerf [1]. MPerf is really simple to run. All that needs to be passed to the program is an XML config file and (optionally) a name. All the instances started will form a cluster. Test parameters (e.g. number of messages, msg size and number of threads) can be changed in one cluster node, and the change will be broadcast to all other nodes. Even the XML configuration can be changed and re-read at runtime. (I also wrote a similar test for unicast (RPC) performance: UPerf. It mimicks DIST mode in Infinispan.)
