Hi Thomas,

I see that SWIFT_PING has no dependencies on other JARs, so if you 
wanted to donate it to JGroups, we could include it in the JGroups code 
base.
This would also assign a fixed ID to SWIFT_PING in jg-protocol_ids.xml.
