[jgroups-dev] Lock scope

Greetings,

Could you please clarify situation concerning the scope of JGroups Lock provided with LockService?
I see that there is only one scope and it's thread wide.
Am I correct?
If I am then is there any plans to develop Lock with wider scope(s)?
I mean a Lock that could be locked with one thread and unlocked with another one.
