In master, only ReplicatedHashMap is unsupported. LockService *is* 
supported.

Not that I know of

For ReplicatedHashMap I suggest use Infinispan.

In terms of stability, RHM is only a few hundred lines of code, and 
since it's so simple I don't think there are any stability issues.
