FYI: I released 3.6.10 this week. The bugfix/feature list is at [1]. The most important fixes and enhancements are: - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2055: refactored ENCRYPT into SYM_ENCRYPT and ASYM_ENCRYPT and plugged a security hole - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2071: a regression in 3.6.9 (3.6.8 is fine) which caused flow control headers to get de-serialized incorrectly, resulting in temp OOMEs when trying to unmsrahll a flow control response - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2072: another regression in 3.6.9 caused flow control credits not to be received. If you use UFC and/or MFC and are on 3.6.9, this is a must-upgrade - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2084: makes flow control more efficient and doesn't block sending credits when a method is stuck in user code - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2049: RPC round trip times are now measured by probe (needs to be enabled) - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2058: refactored the bundler; a bundler can now be set/replaced at runtime - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2066: probe.sh sorts protocol attributes; this makes the output more readable - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-2076: TransferQueueBundler removes messages not individually but in chunks, making bundling a bit more efficient [1] https://issues.jboss.org/projects/JGRP/versions/12330277 -- Bela Ban, JGroups lead (http://www.jgroups.org) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Attend Shape: An AT&T Tech Expo July 15-16.
