Thank you for your prompt answer.
The match address does work well for us.
We ended up using a Virtual Network in Azure so that we do not need to
define the external_addr alltogether.

Regarding Azure Ping, we have been using a gossip router with good results
so far. We will look into Azure Ping if we experience issues with it.
